Shared decision record
See what is supported, what is pending, and what you must approve.
The Ube Proof Evidence Passport keeps procurement, R&D, quality, operations, and the commercial owner aligned. Every material statement is tied to a source, date, scope, detailed evidence state, limitation, owner, and next review trigger.
Seven questions
- Identity: What exactly is the material, and what supports the description and source?
- Composition: What is in the supplied format, including relevant carriers, flavors, colors, sweeteners, allergens, and aids?
- Lot: Which sample and production lot are represented by the documents and tests?
- Application: How did the material behave in the buyer's recipe and process?
- Economics: What is the finished-unit cost under named assumptions?
- Destination: Which documents and decisions are required, and who owns each responsibility?
- Continuity: What supports the reorder, and what triggers requalification, switch, hold, or stop?
Evidence states
Supplier-stated: A named supplier has stated it within a defined scope. Document-reviewed: A current named record has been reviewed within its defined scope. Lot-linked: The sample, record, or result is connected to the stated lot or production reference. Application-tested: It was observed under a named recipe, process, lot, method, and date. Buyer approved: The buyer accepted it for the stated use. Pilot-proven: A controlled paid commercial order passed its agreed gates. Reorder-proven: A subsequent acceptable order was completed and reviewed. Open: The evidence or decision is missing, expired, conflicting, or outside scope.
Boundary
The Evidence Passport is a working decision record. It is not a certificate, regulatory approval, guarantee, or substitute for a qualified laboratory, importer, buyer, regulator, or specialist.
When the documents are in order, the commercial conversation moves to pack, volume, and terms.
