Gated commercial pathway

A sample is a question. A reorder is evidence.

Fit to Reorder moves a project through defined commitments: fit screen, evidence match, controlled test, paid pilot, and reorder review. Every stage can advance, clarify, switch, hold, refer, or stop.

Stage 1: Fit Assessment

Define the buyer, application, destination, format, volume, timing, benchmark, required result, and stop condition.

Output: preliminary fit screen, missing-evidence list, and recommended next test.

Stage 2: Evidence and sample match

Match a plausible commercial format and sample to the buyer's minimum requirements. Record the sample identity, current documents, preparation guidance, open gaps, and test protocol.

Gate: A sample is not approved merely because it was sent or looked promising.

Stage 3: Controlled application sprint

Run a bounded comparison with a named sample or lot, recipe, dose, method, acceptance criteria, owner, cost cap, and stop rule.

Output: result, limitations, cost-in-use, document gaps, destination-responsibility map, and next decision.

Stage 4: Paid pilot

Test whether the product, documentation, logistics, responsibilities, and landed economics can survive a real commercial order.

Gate: Revenue alone is not proof of a repeatable model. Buyer approval, acceptable contribution, lot linkage, and execution ownership must also pass.

Stage 5: Reorder review

Compare the delivered supply with the approved standard. Review lot change, documentation, quality exceptions, timing, contribution, buyer feedback, and backup readiness.

Outcome: scale, repeat, pivot, switch, park, stop, or wait.
